medications are not needed, i dont believe in medication, too many ppl have cured themselves from cancer using natural uses and or eating the right herbs and shit, and that includes other diseases

however for the cause of depression, no medication is needed

depression needes to be expressed, depression is those who spend too much time thinking and not being in the present moment

i can tell you for a fact that when i go workout hard i forget what i was depressed about entirely sometimes and during the workout i dont think, im just doing not thinking, sometimes i hate to think because we cannot really control our thoughts and what pops up at random alot of times and many times it could be bad things or memories or regrets and shit, that was the past and if we think of the future its still unrealistic cause it hasnt happened, when you express your basically alive and grounded

Sure, but it's primarily (>95 percent of time) caused by external factors. The so-called "chemical imbalance" aspect of depression is merely a corollary to the extrinsic causes of depression.
