How Derek Black, son of Don Black, left the WN movement.

Thought this was one of the most interesting articles I've read in a long time.

They realize its nonsense and many WN groups are shills abd frauds. Hence why many leave the movement. There is no real unity either.

Well, Nationalists in general are paranoid, angry and biased people. It's not just White Nationalists.

But I think in this situation, his own career prospects also weighed heavily. Who knows where he will be ideologically in ten years, he might just be going through a phase because he's being exposed to new ideas that he previously just rejected before. Indeed. The problem with white nationalism that it attracts misfits and easily infiltrated or being just a controlled opposition. Their ideological racism and believe in eugenics also does not sit well with many. I believe that being enclosed from the real world , just put in a wn frame of life is going to lead a person away and to explore the world.

Being the son of a famous white nationalist, and also being a famous one too, isn't the most easy stuff nowadays.
You must deal with constant attack.
No need to say, that's more easy to make is "mea culpa" and live a normal life like he did.

He isn't the first "son of" who betray his parents ideology. I'am thinking to Mosab Hassan Yousef, who were a more important turn than derek black.
