He is. Gypsies came from Pakistan, although they were ultimately of mostly South Indian origin.
But shortly before their migration towards Europe, they lived in Pakistan or North-West India.
Late Neolithic Farmer or WHG admixture? In 2900 BC there were no Celts in Iberia, too early.

23andme is too fucking embarrassing.
Your genetic autosomal admixture makes places you as more similar to Caucasus populations (in between Europe and Caucasus) as K15 rightly pointed. Makes all the sense.

It looks to me they just point on a map some multi pop oracle, using a calculator on their own, and i would say not the best. Mortimer is somewhere around a point between Iberia and Pakistan but of course he has no ancestry from there, at least not recent at all (which is what matters). They call it a migration route, but there s no way to know that based on admixture, it's never gonna tell you much more than what you are right now or very recent ancestry/mix. Keeping in mind everything is based still on your 23andme datas, like dnaland, wegenes, etc.. except they do it for free.
By now some could have bought a full genome with all these analysis.

The admixtures are bit weird because I score Fennoscandia that peaks in Scandinavia, I score alot of that. But on 23andme Im zero northwest european, and I score orkney islands too signifacant on here. That would make like a quarter northwest european but on 23andme Im zero. Probably the labels are a bit different here. It makes more sense to me that im zero northwest european, what 23andme says. But I like the migration routes, Its something new, because it tells you which year your ancestors migrated from it says prior to 1200 AD in pakistan which is when gypsies probably migrated out of pakistan, so thats really cool. But petalpusher says there is no way to know the date of migration so I dont know if its true.
