I don't think they hate "Europeans". However, they do hate poverty. Gypsy hatred toward others (and criminal activity) is a consequence of poverty.

It's just a wishful thinking in reality. Europe is full of impoverished people who are natives of their countries and they don't steal, they don't force their children to beg, they don't refuse to go to school. It has to do with Gypsy lifestyle which couldn't adopt more civilized values after they became settled communities, as today very few of them remain traditionally nomadic.

No they don't. Poor Croats don't steal, only Gypsies do. Can't speak for Southern Italy, if they do than I can understand North Italian resentment towards them.

Some may claim to be gypsies but they are not, but mostly they are legit. they are lighter then the ones in balkan though eventhough there are also darker ones.

In America, there is a confusion about "Gypsies". In the past the word "Gypsy" usually referred to Irish Travellers. What do you think about them? Quite a lot of scholars claim that the Irish Travellers are "proto-Celts" and it's only a coincidence that the Travellers' lifestyle is similar to the Romani way of life, however they cannot really explain why ten percent of their vocabulary is of Romani origin.

First of all I don't like their fashion/make up style. Sorry for saying this - it is like a cheap circus.
If they wear normal clothes/make up - many of them are good/interesting/or even pretty looking to me.
