E is a white North African linage. The Berbers and the Japanese are both descended from the same DNA linage, M1.

40% of Japanese are descended form the M1 sub linage M174 which is the earliest linage to have split from M1 and these people are clearly are not black. 20% of Greeks and Southern Italians, and 50% of Lebanese and Persians are M35 and none of these people are black either. They are all olive skined. The Berbers are not black either nor was the population of northern Africa which is nearly 100% M35 and almost all white.

Considering the split of M1 into two haplgroups D-M174 (which migrated to Japan and) D-M96 from which M35 is a derivative it is clear that the M1 parent linage was white or olive skinned.

M1 is the most common linage in Africa and the majority of African carry white olive skinned northern African genes.

Any Ev13 in Berbers comes from Ancient Greeks. About half of Ancient Greeks had Steppe origin and the rest came from Africa (E) and Anatolia (J).

J and E evolved in Greece though so they can be considered indigenous.

Ancient Greece was the only region of mixed linages. The rest of Europe had pure linages. The Italo-Celts were of purely R1b linage and so were the Basques. Similarily the Slavs were of purely the R1a lineage. These lineages remained isolated and unmixed until historical times.

That is quite misleading. Similarities with Scandinavians? The Neolithic sample of Scandinavia show Greek affinity.

There was never a people that called themselves Minoans. Minos I lived in around 1200 BC who lived three generations before the Trojan war. The Minoans after 2200 BC were Greek. 1/3 of Ancients Greeks were R1b.
