As for other ethnicities, South Asians are not present in any country to any appreciable degree and, although some could pass as Mestizos or Triracials, most would stand out. Likewise, typical Horners/East Africans wouldn't really blend in with Afro-Latin Americans either. Moreover, except in some countries which have had more immigration (most notably Brazil, where Sao Paulo specifically has the largest Japanese population outside Japan) East Asians generally don't pass either.
Bro every major Latin American country including Peru has received East Asian immigration. I honk it is actually much more common to find blonde Latin Americans and light haired ones than people think generally. Also there is many Latin Americans of middle eastern descent I think it's a silly idea personally because it has such a massive diversity.

If passing includes passing as very very atypical, every single North American can pass in Latin America, but if passing only means being common enough, then all those actresses that I posted can pass in several Latin American countries.

I find it stupid to consider only being present, even if as very uncommon, in some place as passing, but I also find it stupid to restrict the meaning of passing, as only looking typical. And those actresses I posted, even if not typical, their looks are common enough in several Latin American countries (those with considerable white/castizo populations), and they would even pass as typical in Argentina, Uruguay and Southern Brazil.

Even the very few with light hair and light eyes rarely have the same features as Germanic and Slavic people, i.e. the people usually labelled as 'gringos'. And although it is true that some Latin American countries had lots of East Asian immigrants, in no country do they make up more than 5% of the population (and even that is being generous). Middle Easterners can often pass well in Latin America, even in places where there aren't many of direct descent, as there is a certain similarity particularly with Mestizos but also some darker, more Med-looking Whites in terms of both pigmentation and features.

True, although ironically the former tend to be more of Southern Italian descent than is true of the latter, so the phenotypes wouldn't entirely be the same.

What's more, even all the fringe immigrant groups usually intermarry over the generations into the Southern Euro-Mestizo 'mainstream' and their phenotypes often disappear over time in the process. Many Anglo-Argentines, for example, look very atypical for the UK as lots of them have now mixed with Iberian/Italian/Castizo/Mestizo Argentines. This Argentine rugby player, Agustin Creevy, is said to be of Irish descent but really doesn't look it:

Here is the Parliament of Argentina. Notice all the blonde and square-jawed Tronders and Faelids... (go figure for the rest of the region).

Sorry but the bulk of them still being Mediterranean types.
You can find a decent number of central-northern-euro descendants, but more than 80% of those people have clearly Mediterranean traits.
And I repeat, in a crowd in big cities Med phenotypes are predominantly by far.
