Yes, you can have tests which are free of cultural bias, or at least have very minimal cultural input. A lot of IQ questions involving mathematics, geometry, logic, etc are all culture free.

India can't be lower than pakistan, it's just not possible. I don't believe India's result is legit.

That's a myth. It still has a very high correlation with self-reported IQ tests although pre-1995 had a much higher ceiling.

I think it depends on educational background too. Im no expert but I think intelligence is similar as muscles, you can bulk them up. Also if you made yourself familiar with those type of questions it should be easier. That being said culture-free IQ tests how they are called measure only spatial intelligence, and mathematics has alot to do with school too, if you never went to school you would not be able to count even, and dont recognise nummerical patterns therefore.

I agree. I'm not a believer in that IQ is primarily genetically determined. Obviously if you live in a culture where you are constantly forced to problem solve and take tests, you will do better in these tests.

I think a lot of the countries who do poorly clearly either demonstrate their masses either practice a very anti-intellectual culture, or they really don't invest resources into educating their people. Clearly, for a country like India, their government is essentially incompetent and society is so divided that the masses of their country are relegated to very low standards.

Empirical data is empirical data. Cry about it somewhere else, or better yet fund some impartial study on a few thousand Indian and Pakistani samples to see if it's wrong.

India is not different then other third world people only 3-5 IQ points at best. I wouldnt single out india.

I do. If you measure the whole of India, it's socio-economic divide is far greater than Pakistan. Also, it's population is far larger, and it's government is generally more incompetent in meeting the needs of it's most impoverished citizens. That's why India does a shit job in elevating it's overall development.
