1. Pass successfully a literacy and a logic test.
2. Have been paying taxes for at least one year.
3. Be older than 25.

I don't see why men should chose for things that will affect them.

I didn't write "Wow, just wow, I can't even!"... Just to clarify. I am woman, a biological scientist and can read and write. I am also a human being and living in the 21st century. Surely anything else is superfluous?!

Women vote based upon emotions. You can easily turn a women leftist by showing a drowned Syrian kid and the motherly instincts will kick in and they will vote for the leftie because even if many rapists may enter your country it may be worth it if only to save one brown kid.
Women will also favor the strong and are not natural leaders and as loyal to their tribe as men are. It's divisive and unnecessary. It doesn't matter how smart you are generally, but even if you want to make that argument the average IQ should be around the same for men and women (maybe lower for women). That being said, being a biological scientist doesn't make you qualified to decide on the future of your country. Time and time again it is shown that women vote lefty while men vote right (generally speaking).
