Default Do you speak any local language or dialect?

I don't as there's no such where I grew up (Lower Silesia), most people speak ''standard Polish'' with no more specific characteristics either in official setting or unofficial one unless they arrive here from different parts of Poland but they have no occasion to talk using it anyway. My father told me that in the past (like 30 years ago) some older people were speaking in Wrocław with characteristic accent and manner (Lwowski) that came down from Lviv where many inhabitants of this city came from after II War.

If so, do you use it frequently and have a solid knowledge of it or is it little known or generally moribund in your area? Can you share some odd regional sayings, idioms or words? Please tell something about that, I am curious.

On other forum I read that russian is divided on several distinct dialects. But I never heard of it personaly.
I believe there definitely should be a seperate rural accent and a southern accent of cossacs who inhabit Kuban region.
This is a community about anthropology and so I would be grateful if someone can share some light on that topic. Can you confirm it or not?

Russian is divided into three dialects, - Northern, "O-zone" (Vologda, Kostroma), Central - "A-zone" (Moskva, Vladimir, Suzdal) and South - "Gh-zone" elements of the Ukrainian language (Rostov-on-don, Kuban). In recent years highlighted the Ural dialect released a quick and abrupt pronunciation. Тhe main differences in invert vowels (a/о), consonants (g/gh) and the pace of pronunciation. Lexical differences are minor.

    Unfortunately not.

Not the author of the thread possibly takes into account that people from various parts of our country have different way of pronunciation, however it may not be a dialect, unless someone speaks specific way. The elder people out here used to speak the Polish dialect of Ukrainian language, in Polish called - "język chachłacki". But it was common when I was a kid, nowadays it is almost extinct and I know no one who could learn me it. Unfortunately.

On the other hand there were people from other parts of Poland who after hearing my voice claimed, that I speak "different Polish", which meant basically noticing eastern accent. Could be.

Not a fan of dialect myself and I wouldn't mourn its decline. My language has dialectical influence of course, but very thinned out. Slang is cooler anyway. I guess I do speak somewhat dialectical though despite all of this but still close enough to the standard norm.

No, I speak standard, with no accent whatsover.
I had slightly Macedonian accent (with the harsh ''L''), in the past but that's it.
I haven't picked any Ionian accent, either, but I do understand what they say

I speak Rioplatense which is a dialect in Spanish spoken in my area.

There is not a severe variation with standard spanish, but we do change the ending of the verbs and the accentuation, among other things.
