British. Though a number of Canadians/Americans I've encountered think it's "Scottish" or "Irish".

I also think Americans say things a little different.

When Brits say "we are not finished at all" It sounds like they connect the "at all" into one word like "atall". In American English we tend to separate the words more so.

At all? There's sort of a basic difference between American & British English. There's British dialects - like mine - that Americans/colonials can/do have difficulty understanding due to the slang & pronunciations.

Never had an issue, honestly. A lot of British accents sound like a Southern accent thats slurred even more with weird words. Then again, Ive had speech training and Ive been exposed to a lot of Brits at a young age.

Oh? I rather doubt that a "lot" sound "southern". Not to be rude/mean. But there's about thirty accents of English in England alone [not including the varieties found in Scotland, Ireland or even Wales] and not all of them follow the same linguistic rules never mind the way words are pronounced or the regional slang.
