When you say "no fly zone" over Syria you're not only talking about Assad's but Russian fighter planes also. They payed out early 2 weeks before the 2008 election when McCain was down 8% in the polls. Betting on U.S. elections is easy money. You rarely see the books paying out early in sporting events.
