Tarja Turunen's band, can't recall the name, i like her voice
Leshak until, they start screaming, it pisses me off, very much.
Zywiolak, polish band, less metallic

Faun, (not very metallic either)
and generally anything more on the folk and a little less on the instrumental side

Tarja use to be with Nightwish then forced out and made her own albums. Don't know if she joined another band.
I don't know Leshak or Zywiolak, I will try to find on youtube. But I too do not appreciate screaming much

I outgrow an amount of metal I once enjoyed. I don't focus on genre but the songs and rarely on artists for they change with time. There is or was a metal band that recorded albums as a story, don't think it was this band but it reminds me of it, not sure why.
I do like symphonic? They use classical instruments such as lyriel. I am simply not up to date with many new music, when I say i like this band I refer to old albums or specific songs. I don't even know sometimes if they are still together.

What do you think about Neofolk? It´s a form of folk music-inspired experimental music that emerged from post-industrial music circles. Death in June is propably the most known Neofolk group out there.

I would define Neofolk as folk music for a new time. Down to earth, personal, existential words. Beautiful melodies, archaic harmonies. Produced using modern technology with or without classical instruments.

Paul Roland sometimes gets labeled as neofolk, guess he doesn't really fit in the "movement" though.But I like his music a lot.

Death In June uses a lot of Nazi aesthetics in their concerts and artwork, which might induce people to believe they are NS (wrongly again). The vocalist is openly homossexual.

No, this is not a good example. Eluveitie are what is known as Folk Metal, while Neofolk is usually more characterized by its dark wave/noir/industrial vibe, usually the sound is quite minimalist and the use of electric instruments such as electric guitars is not common.
