"Balkanic" means south slavic.
Albania and Greece is southern european, but Greece had more balkanic south slavic (bulgarian) influence even in genetics.

No, Balkanic doesn't mean South Slavic. Plus, the part coloured on a map is not "Balkan" nor "South Slavic", but "Southeastern Europe".

Greece is geographically very different from the rest of the Balkans,it's a coastal country with many islands.A tourist in Greece would immediately feel of being in southern Europe and not in the Balkans.

It makes perfect sense.
Can you please give the argument finally, why Albania should not be put in Southeastern Europe, but in Southern Europe instead? Something reasonable, not babbling about Slavs being there too.

Albania never had historical relationships with Yugoslavs. Even during the cold war, Yugoslavia had better relations with the west than with Albania. On the other hand Greece has and has had better relations with them.
To be fair, Albania should stand on it's own, it has always been on its own, even during the cold war.
