I lost that account too!

Another more serious crash happened again this year when the site was down for over a month during the summer, and I lost my account again.

I was discussing this with Kaz yesterday evening and she said all the threads and posts that were posted over the last year and lost couldn't be restored.

Ask Kaz and Loki for more details.

I got 3000 posts and 2500 thumbs up before last crash, but I accepted the fact that I'll never pass the number of posts of Sikeliot

No, that's all been lost (the actual posts and threads made on TA for an entire year) and only the post count was restored. Kazimiera is also upset.

I had to create another profile page design as my previous design was lost. I'd saved a variety of signatures I'd created though.

Luckily I made back-up copies of some of my favourite threads and stored the details in a safe place, because I know the feeling of searching for ages for pictures, downloading them all, carefully resizing them all and uploading to a site where the links won't break after they've been posted, and then carefully arranging all the pictures and how they'll be displayed took a lot of careful preparation and time, as well as gathering all the info and researching all the details to create a post.

Sometimes it would take me a week or more to carefully prepare a post full of pictures of France, English cottages, landscapes, insects, wildlife, etc..... a years work of hundreds of pictures, posts and threads was all lost. I think I'll put all the images I love into videos now.

I always try to response for thumbs down, but sometimes I got it from banned trolls
