Men feel comfy expressing feelings?
I heard lots of men commit suicide because they just don't wanna express their feelings and emotions. And that just eats them from the inside. Do you feel comfortable expressing feelings?

Im not a very emotional person.
On top of that I usually have a lot to do which doesn't give me opportunities to go into thought fests.
