We don't follow the "Catholic" Calendar.
Eclessiastically speaking, Greeks still hold what was decided for Easter :
Easter is celebrated - according to the Ecumenical council - at:
Summer equinox time
First full moon after summer equinox
After Jewish Easter
The first Sunday after those.
Catholics either have earlier or at the same time, Easter, together with Jews.
Rarely Catholics and Orthodox have easter the same day.

Its just that the Old calendar loses a day per 128 years, while the new loses a day per 3.320 years.
We actually have the fusion of more astronomical accuracy , together with our ''correct'' celebration of Easter.
