There is a reason why I placed Mad Max Intro in OP with those words, society of today in which we're living in Europe, especially Western Europe, as well as few out of control trolls here, is nothing better than post nuclear war world from Road Warrior. What is needed is that ppl respect the law and rules, and such ppl will never respect it until you force them too, with some ppl common sence doesn't work.
