We reviewed the geographic distribution of twenty centers, of which the most important movement (migration) of people have started, and have shown that these centers are located in geologically active areas, i.e. in areas of high seismic activity, and / or recent volcanism, and / or hot mantle (at a depth of 50 km). Due this circumstance, in our opinion, all these movements were characterized by aggressiveness and brutality. The most detailed we discussed the Altai-Mongolian region from which in the historical period the greatest number of migrations occurred. On the example of the Turkic peoples we have shown that the migration to the geologically inactive area leads to the extinction of aggression and belligerence, and to valuables change. Conversely, in case of resettlement to the geologically more active area, people retain their aggression, belligerence and values that existed at the beginning of the migration — because those people are still affected by an unknown geological factor. During the investigating the distribution of centers of bloody clashes during the Soviet Union collapse, we have shown that irrespective of the culture level, religion, education level, ethnicity peoples living in geologically active areas, retain their aggressiveness and easy suggestibility. We also believe that large and stable empire, continually influencing world policy, arise and exist: (a) outside the geologically active regions, (b) outside the regions with very low geological activity.
