A lot of different variables have to be taken into account, but I think that if that were the case, we'd see more of a german dominated world politics culture, than today's anglo-french-american dominated scene. I think if Hitler one, people would use German instead of English as an international language.

Socially things would stay the same as in the 30s with no immigration into white countries and europe would whiten up a good deal as germany took more territory. Scientifically we'd be much further ahead.
I think they would last until at least around 2000s. What would happen if/when they collapsed is anyone's guess.
If it weren't for us you'd be speaking German. Instead, you'll be speaking Arabic.

There woule be much less poverty and environmental destruction, as the Nazis would never would have fostered the agricultural Green Revolution which caused populations in Africa and elsewhere to swell to their current, totally unsustainable levels (ecologically speaking).
There would not be billions of poor people working in mines and sweatshops under miserable conditions to produce an infinite supply of low-quality consumer goods for a Neoliberal economy. There would not be a carbon emission crisis, deforestation, polluted water everywhere, there would be fewer extinct species, etc. Alternative and superior methods for propulsion and energy generation would likely be publicly developed by now.

Jews hold the monopoly for all suffering caused in this world, Jews are simply dangerous and it is impossible to coexist with them. If Hitler won the war, the Jews would definitely be extinct but in a humane way through compulsory sterilization where all Jews would be treated with respect and dignity so as long they are sterilized and unable to reproduce for a humane extinction of the enemy.
