For Iran that would be a loss business. Because the Turks in Iran have many key positions and belong to the educational elite. The Kurds in Turkey are the diametrical opposite, they are the most backward minority in Turkey. I would even financially support the state with a contribution if the Kurds would emigrate to Iran. And the Iranian Turks come to us - vise versa.
