I was surprised by Hungary being so high and Poland so low.

I don't know about Hungary, but in Poland I only saw one bribery occurrence in more than one year living in there.

Nah, not really. I think it is quite accurate. It is common knowledge that in eastern europe briberies are more frequent. At least small bribery. Not that we in the West do not have corruption as well, but we are talking mostly about "huge briberies" among politicians, corporations and lobbying agencies, if you know what I mean...

Yeah, I don't disagree with western europe being so low, I was actually thinking about eastern europe when i said it could be called an honesty map...
