    Default Fictional populations with hypothetical admixture proportions

    Is there some software for "creating" populations with fictional GEDmatch admixture proportions and comparing their similarity to real populations? For example, I'm trying to find a modern (or ancient) population with such or similar admixture proportions in MDLP K23b:

    European Hunter-Gatherers = 58-62%
    Caucasian = 33-38%
    Early European Farmers = 0-4%
    South-Central Asian = 0-1%
    Ancestral Altaic = 0-1%
    all other admixtures = the rest (9-0%)

    Do any of modern population averages or ancient samples match (more or less) this profile in MDLP K23b calculator ???

    It's simple, You add in any statistical program this artifical sample to set of real population averages and do some PCA or other clustering. Programm doesn't know which sample is "artificial" and will group them as usual.
    But I must have datasheet with averages for it (like Eurogenes provides).

    4Admix does that, it creates an Oracle for any admix possible.

    European Hunter-Gatherers = 58%
    Caucasian = 38%
    Early European Farmers = 4%
    South-Central Asian = 0%
    Ancestral Altaic = 0%
    all other admixtures = 0%

    To keep it simple and 100% based on your example, it produces this in K23b :

    Least-squares method.

    Obviously no good fits and no improvements in multi pop as it lacks some components.

    4Admix doesn't compute "Oracle" mode, only the "Oracle4" and no mix mode, it's possible to do it in R manually but it's a bit of a pain.

    Yes but in case of puntDNAL it is not a file, just text:

    Spoiler!

    As for MDLP K23b, I found another file with average, but it is "beta version":

    ^ You need to convert it yourself, it's easy follow the same format as in the K23b file, same title with the right number, 1 component on each line, then select everything and replace all . by , in textedit. You re good to go.

    Guys! It isn't any problem to use such text file. Anyway Open Office Calc read it properly. You can post here every calc files
    Just order him to treat spaces as commas.
    Here it is converted Puntdnal to xls

    Thanks! That file works perfectly, but do you have one for MDLP World22 as well?

    I made one, but it doesn't work (it does not crash, but it lags and freezes instead):
