It is not a question of phenotypes. Venetes and Piedmonteses are even whiter that south Tyroleans sometimes, but i can't consider a name like Shwazer representative of Italy.

This is an italian from Bolzano and as you can see he's not so different from many venetes:

mate, do what you want. For Italians I mean people from Pantelleria to Bozen. Veneto and Friuli have a strong influx from Slovenja and Austria as well, Valle D'Aosta, Piemonte and Liguria a strong influx from France. So what do we do? Don't consider them Italians? There are people in Veneto and Friuli with a foreign surname and maybe they have been living in Italy since 1400. Same goes with French surnames in Valle d'Aosta and Piemonte.
And our royals? They are Savoia (Savoie, French). Don't you consider them Italians?

Ps: that guy looks similar to my boyfriend! ^* Cute, cute, cute!
Indeed my bf is always mistaken for Sudtiroler, lol

Places like south Tyrol and Valle D'aosta are too small to be considered representative, those are not nor italians nor french or german but a mix basically, and if they have a french or german or italian name probably they belong to this or that country, while Liguria, Veneto and Piedmont have had their own genetic "space" that is different as a whole from France or Austria or Slovenia.

True, the girl is not so attractive.

Espada tengo. Lo demás, Dios lo remedie.

In the west almost all Spain had been subjugated, except that part which adjoins the cliffs where the Pyrenees end and is washed by the nearer waters of the ocean. Here two powerful nations, the Cantabrians and the Asturians, lived in freedom from the rule of Rome.")

To be real they don't want to be annexed to Austria since their special status within Italy make them a lot richer that they would be inside Austria.

Anyway they are different from who?
Do you think you can't find any italian or spaniard that looks like them?
    Keep on dreaming.
I could post thousand tyroleans darker than some spanish or italians.

Lulz at the people that wait only the moment to bash Italians and Spaniards.

    P.s
South Tyrol is italian since we conquered it in the WW1.
Though i consider the ones with german surnames germans and the ones with italian names italians.
Andreas Seppi is italian to make an example
