By the way I don't believe in what you are saying. What that report might say is that 43% of Bulgarian children live under the poverty line but that's completely different from saying that 43% are beggars...

I did searched and I found nothing, also for the record and modesty aside I have degree in european studies and I know that eurostat reports would never use the term "beggars" in their reports to classify children.
