    1. That is an Eurostat news release about people at risk of poverty or social exclusion;
    2. It doesn't mention children or beggars;
    3. It says that Bulgaria has the highest risk of poverty\social exclusion in the EU;
    4. It also reports nonetheless that Bulgaria was one of the countries that had the largest decrease in the at-risk-of-poverty, demonstrating that they are improving;
    5. You are intellectually dishonest and just got exposed for spreading lies;
    6. Finally, I wasn't expecting you to be able to draw any accurate conclusion from an Eurostat report, judging by your poor English knowledge.

    ok, you're funny. but tell us the difference between "risk of poverty or social exclusion" and beggarness. It's looks like tolerance europeans just play in words.

    If I am funny then I wonder what you are by calling me "stupied" twice without even realizing that you are not spelling the word correctly.
    Risk of poverty or social exclusion doesn't necessarily mean that you are poor. Like it is stated very clearly, it means that you are at risk of becoming what is perceived as poor.
    Also if you are poor it doesn't necessarily mean as well that you are a beggar. Is it that hard for you to reach such an obvious and logical conclusion? It has nothing to do with europeans and their tolerance as you are saying, it just happens you are not very clever.

    thanks for your opinion, but this is oficcial eurostat point of wiev
    This means that these people were at least in one of the following conditions:

    at-risk-of-poverty after social transfers (income poverty);
    severely materially deprived or
    living in households with very low work intensity.
    so, we can continue to play in words and try to seek difference between shades of poverty.

    If you are trying to prove that you have a high IQ then you are failing miserably. I don't have to search for any links or information; you are the one who created a thread stating that 43% of Bulgarian children are beggars without providing any source, not to talk about that when you were requested to provide a reliable source you refused. Even worst, when you finally provided us the report it didn't even mention children or anything related to beggars. I doubt you even read it.

    Now you throw in another report...guess what, there are Eurostat reports for nearly everything so of course you would eventually find one about children risk of poverty in Europe that suits your agenda after missing the first one.

    You are an illiterare that can not see a difference between beggars and risk of poverty.

    good attempt of trolling. congrats. but... if you haven't something against presented sources, let we return to my previous post:
