Nope feminism is the belief that men and women should have equal opportunities, it has nothing to do with female or male privilege.

That means if a woman does a job equally well as a man or vice versa, she should get equal pay, or be offered equal job opportunities, and let the best skilled win, be it man or woman.

It is about judging a person based on her/his skills rather than judge her/him based on her/his gender.

Well we already have that.

It's not only the company I'm working, it's not only Greece and it's not only under law.
Society should learn to treat men and women equaly, especially in matters that ''physical strenght,blablabla'', don't matter. If society learns to accept that, laws (everywhere), will also starts to follow society's norms, just like it has done over the years.
And it's not only in women's favor to create equality, but also in men's favor.

I will soon be in a field dominated by women (nursing) once I finish up my associates degree. If us guys hated you so much we wouldn't be so eager to work with you! Please leave your girls vs. boys stuff for the kindergarten playground. Grow up. We need to cooperate or we're setting ourselves up for failure with this type of divisive thinking. Equality? Sure I'm all up for it, just give me something reasonable.
