Calling all Traders

I am just curious to see whether we have traders here. I trade as a hobby for fun, more importantly for the challenge and to make some extra money if I can. Nothing serious - but think it could be useful having a thread or dedicated forum for traders if there is enough interest I guess. I think it could prove useful sharing ideas and experiences as well.

I will start off... I am getting nice signals on Gold and think it may be a trade idea Asia buying physical on bargain hunting. (please don't ask what the indicators are - I have designed them to notify me of extremes thats all you need to know)

The George is still accumulating a position

You can see where I am buying - I do not know why I am posting this I guess its somewhere to spot my faults if I get it wrong.

The rationale - based on my proprietary indicators I have cyclicals coming in every December. Lets see if I nail this one in couple of months or so if not I will stop loss a little lower.

Lol fuck gold, we are in a literal gold rush in the cannabis industry, specifically the Canadian market which will legalize weed ina few months. I already made a killing trading ACB and CGC, made 20% only today on CCAN.

I used to trade futures pretty extensively, I dont do it for a living, just for fun.

It's the best way I think, for fun makes it much better - another way to challenge yourself too.

Daytrading is a zero sum game. All I have to say about the markets always look for the "Big Picture or Big Events" as this is where the profits are. Use technical analysis to manage trades. It is very complicated and daytrading is not recommended

Still in the Gold trade I hold 50 oz on margin now and swung into profit. Now testing a big resistance level the 200 period moving average if price action is good here then 1200 looks good to me is where I have that big white resistance line. You can see where I have been buying.
