Newman I have bad news, you are not Pure Barbarian, you have some Civilized Admixture too.

Must be this East_Med thing (because all Ancient Germanics and Celts scored 0% of East_Med):


Probably some legionaries settled along the Rhine and messed around with local Germanics?:

I also have East_Med but only 2,70% so I'm less civilized.

Do you consider romans as east-med? Italy is at central-western-southern Europe, and not eastern. The peninsula is very long and if you consider that the northerner part of Italy starts at la Vetta d'Italia (Glockenkarkopf o Klockerkarkopf in german), on the alps bordering with Austria, and placed North of the 47º parallel, and that Italy borders with France (west), Switzerland (west and North), Austria (North) and Slovenjia (east), you cannot think that romans were eastern.

Maybe neither med, being admixed with latins whose origin was nordo-central Europe.

Those Bronze Age Hungarians were very similar to modern Iberians.

They often score Iberian or French in Single Population Sharing. That's why Ibericus is so close to them. CrazyDaisy is shifted more towards the north-east due to her Amerindian & German admixtures.

Germanic = avg. for 6 ancient Germanic samples
Celtic = average for 12 ancient Celtic samples
