Hong Kong Vs Tokyo?

Which one would you prefer, either to live or to go on a vacation/sightseeing tour in?

I've visited both cities. Hong Kong is extremely more beautiful than Tokyo. It's located in a spectacular place, the only sad places are some residential complexes, really ugly.
