Bar the odd whinger (who we are quite capable of dealing with), they are little different to us. They fit in here and we fit in there. Can you say the same for your brethren separated by one generation or even 10?
They are our brothers and we welcome them here.
However I feel sorry for the Australians when it comes to immigrants from NZ. The amount of shit that happens in Australia perpetrated by "Kiwis" only to find out they're Maori, Pacific Islanders or some other minority is embarrassing even to us. For gods sake, when reporting such crimes, quit the "Kiwi" or "New Zealander" and report their actual ethnicity!
