Rank most and least hospitable countries/places you've been to

According to my personal experiences, the nicest and most hospitable:

- Dominican Republic (generally a very playful and talkative people)
- Brazil (outside of favelas and dangerous areas)
- Puerto Rico (same as the above)


Least:

- US Virgin Islands (bunch of obese black ignorants, arrogant and racists who live exclusively on scheming and robbing tourists)
- Austria (poker faced cold fishes, the only nice and helpful person i've met there was a mullato son of immigrants)
- Paris (consistently at least 90% of rude and arrogant jerks for over 20 years)

I've been on vacation in Croatia and Italy. People were equally hospitable.

Turks were really hospitable to us few years ago.

Most hospitable:

Poland - lived in there for one year and it was a pleasant surprise to know they are not as cold as people tend to imagine them.
Angola - Mixed feelings but I also lived in there and many people are extremely hospitable and friendly.

Least hospitable:

Angola - Angola when it comes to hospitality is a country of extremes, either they are very hospitable or they just try to take advantage of you by any means they can. You have to be careful.
Finland - Not the most friendly people you will meet, lol (according to personal experience).
France (Paris) - I felt that people look you down and to be honest I have worked in the tourist field here in Portugal and French tourists usually are a pain in the ass, quite arrogant (sorry at TA French members, just being honest according to my personal experience).

I think I've been in more than 20 countries and everybody has been generally friendly and hospitable with a few exceptions. For the sake of the ranking:

Best: Finns
Worst: Hungarians, followed closely by Egyptians.

Worst: bad experiences in Spain, I don't like to meet French Tourist in trips, rude and often, " New French Papers" like I called them.
