My boyfriend has a friend in his early thirties who is overweight and single and lives by himself, and he's a quiet man and not too much of a spoilt brat - but he's definitely a mummy's boy.

His mum visits his home several times a day and starts washing his dishes, cleaning his toilet, making his bed for him, etc - like he's a kid - even though he's an overweight and lazy grown adult man.

Every single morning, she goes over to his home and starts fussing all over him, and my boyfriend teases both him and his mum a lot over the way she fusses over every aspect of her adult son's life which is ran by his loving - but overbearing mum.

He's never going to learn to be independent with his mum interfering each day in his life.

Once the four of us were walking to a pub for a meal together, and his mum started fussing all over her son as usual and telling him off about his shoelaces being undone before she started tying his shoelaces for him in the street, like he's still a baby. Her son was embarrassed and was going, 'oh mum, stop it...stop it...' and she started brushing his hair for him in the street, and fussing over him, while my boyfriend and I were both looking the other way and quietly laughing.

In her house she still keeps his bedroom with all his kids toys in it - even though he's left home and is a fully grown man.

And then they grow up and you have to try dealing with people who still have that spoiled mentality.

The antigun rant was retarded, it is normal to get a kid a .22 just not to let him keep it where he can get at it and have it loaded.

In general all this shit is what happens when you have kids raised by tv and internet, except the kid who tried to rape his mom who was genuinely fucknuts.
