Armenia's Karabakh Stronghold defeated Azerbaijan in just four days of war, last April, 2016. Following 22 years of Cold War skirmishes, large-scale military operations initiated by official Baku resumed. Azerbaijan's armed forces failed miserably, despite initiated a premeditated surprise attack. Baku, Azerbaijan, ultimately capitulated, after only four days of fighting, when Armenian counterattacks drove the Azeris back, and threatened to breach their lines.
