How is it to live in Southamerica?

What is the best country there in terms of standard of life, tolerance for new comers who are exotics (Im thinking of me) etc. I think in Southamerica I might finally find a true homeland, because everyone is at home there is that true? Its a racial melting pot etc.

South America is the most underrated region in world, people just talking about the North region of the continent, USA and Canada, but forget SA, here is the best place in world!

BINGO! Staying on the topic: even if South Americans are more tolerant than Western Euros or North Americans regarding questions of race and ethnicity, I highly doubt they will accept to feed you for free while you enjoy la dolce vita at their expense immediately after you leave the plane...

Brazil had Gypsy presence since the Colonial Period

and Taiwanese look more or less like southern Chinese, and we have a lot of Chinese here

also, some Amerindian/European mix can make people who look South Asian
