Of course my homeland Russia. Other than that, I'd definitely prefer flourishing places in the Middle East like the Emirates over the boring East Europe.

Both, depending on the country. I love cold environments, so eastern Europe would be nice, but I would love to be in Tehran, Iran <3

I would pick Eastern Europe, the people, the food, the cultural and geographical variety is more appealing to me than the Middle-East.
