How did you determine how these places voted? I don't see any specific breakdown unless you know which PS # correlates to each area.

Its all on the state election commission website

You can also compare trends from 2011 election website to 2016 to make some assumptions

I spoke too soon. What I should have said was the following. SDSM gained Albanian support from the following areas. We know this as there are low amounts of Macedonians here:
Arachinovo
Cair
Studenicani
Debar
Saraj
The thing to note is that there are almost 1.8 million Macedonians on the registered voter rolls. This is impossible. For the past 15 years there have been many Macedonians/Albanians who have emigrated but still remain as registered to vote.
This means that either no children live in the country or there are people who are registered voters who don't live in the country (the latter is probably the case). Furthermore for the past few weeks SDSM was in charge of purging the voter rolls before the elections yesterday. In the end they only removed a few thousand registered voters but there could be hundreds of thousands that should be removed.
Look at it this way. We all know most countries in the Balkans have lost population. Macedonia is no exception. In the 1994 elections there were 1.4 million registered voters in the country. How can it possibly be 1.8 million now especially with the amount of emigration the country has had over the past 15 years? I firmly believe that these factitious voters are kept on the voter rolls to manipulate the elections for the western interests. This is also why in Albanian areas voter turnout is always so low in comparison to Macedonian areas.

Is it the coalition with the most votes by themselves that gets to rule or do they have to convince an Albanian party to join them? If the former then it is clear that Gruevski will rule again. If the latter then it is up to Albanians to decide, which will either way be a major win for Albanians as both Gruevski and Zaev will be looking to make concessions. Zaev has for example already made it clear that Albanian should be official language, that is a great advancement for the Albanian cause.
As for Albanians being one party or five parties, that's just politics and it doesn't matter. They're all Albanian parties either way so the long-term interests are similar enough. Just the leaders of the parties getting upset because it diminishes their influence.

I believe you need 61 seats to form the majority but I am not certain.
I think 120 are Macedonian seats and 3 are diaspora Seats in Parliament
Secondly I would assume any party can form a coalition to keep power.
I would think DUI would try anything at this point to get into the Parliament teaming up with VMRO. Newly formed parties that are gaining in popularity like BESA are a threat to dui. Ahmeti would probably never form a coalition with them

Ok so basically the Albanians will get to choose Zaev or Gruevski, while in the past they simply had to go with Gruevski by law and make the best of it. Even if they go with Gruevski again there will be major concessions that he will have to make for it. Especially considering that Zaev has promised Albanian as official language which NEVER would've happened with Gruevski. So basically Albanians gained immensely, while Ali Ahmeti lost lol. Which makes it an even bigger win for Albanians lol.
As for Albanians still having to be junior party etc, they aren't organized enough nor is there a leader good enough in order to run for complete control of the country. This is the next best thing. In fact I didn't even think before this that Zaev had any chance whatsoever, just shows how much different the situation on the ground is compared to how it had been portrayed online. Macedonians and anti-Western news stations had portrayed it as Gruevski domination and Western manipulations on the news, it turns out the Western news were absolutely correct and even a bit too positive towards Gruevski.

I think Zaev will be the PM with the support of a coalition of Albanians.

Dardania and Paeonia having civil elections I am moved.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12
Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.
