Napoleon IMO is the most overrated leader ever. He was defeated in Spain, Portugal, Russia and finally in Central Europe. Even in Egypt.

He was obviously a genius and his political ascension is amazing. Unfortunetly he didn't secure any of his conquest.

He was defeated in thoses places because all thoses war happen in the same times. And to be defeat, all Europe made a coallition against him.

Not just because I am Albanian, but Skanderbeg would definitely be part of the top 10 leaders in history. He managed to unite Albanian Princes in one state and collation and defeated the Ottoman Empire for 25 years in a row in 24 battles, he won more battles than whole Balkans and Europe combined till the 17th century. Definitely his war and the war continued by his men after his death saved at least Italy and Central Europe from Ottoman invasion of Mehmed II. His tactics are studied in many military academies in the western world.

Muhamed Ali of Egypt who was also Albanian is to be taken into consideration considering he took over Egypt with just 5000 Albanians in 1805, managed to build a dynasty and nobility of his descent that would rule Egypt and Sudan for 150 years and made Egypt the most developed country in the entire middle east by building everything from nothing.

He was also the only Balkaner after Alexander the great that build such a great empire that would have taken over Ottoman Empire if it wasnt for the intervention of the western powers
