Is there a huge difference between pontid and atlantid?Or are they almost the same?Like if one person who is believed to be from France is classified as atlantid,and it is found out that he/she is from,say Ukraine,than the classification changes to pontid?

No. Atlantid and Pontid are two different phenotypes, and not almost the same.

I thought so too!But I've seen those two used interchangeably,and it confused me.People in the west and the east are quite different,so it makes sense to be different phenotypes.

Yes, they are really different. The views that project Pontid as a sort of Atlantid are mere interpretations.
