For Czechia - mainly Slovakia for the decades of common history.
But genereally in some level also another neighbour countries: Austria, Germany, Poland but it depends on region.
Eastern Moravia (Moravian Slovakia, Moravian Wallachia) is closer to Slovakia (respective its western parts), than another regions of Czech country.
Southernmost Moravia (area between the towns of Znojmo and Mikulov) looks inluenced by neighbour Lower Austria.
Southwestern Bohemia (Bohemian Forest, and areas to west from the town of Plzeň (Pilsen) etc.) looks inluenced by neighbour Bavaria.
Czech Silesia (especially its eastern parts) cannot deny its ties with the Polish Silesia
