I did taekwondo when I was younger and got a black belt. Judo seems cool though.

I don't have one, but three I guess

    1) Kalaripayattu

Kalaripayattu is a martial art, which originated as a style in Kerala, southern India. The word kalari first appears in Sangam literature to describe both a battlefield and combat arena. The word kalari tatt denoted a martial feat, while kalari kozhai meant a coward in war. Each warrior in the Sangam era received regular military training. It is considered to be one of the oldest fighting systems in existence. It was originally practiced in northern and central parts of Kerala and southern parts of Tamil Nadu.
It is the oldest martial arts tradition in existence in the world. It is also a progenitor of most Asian martial arts styles including Chinese styles of Kung fu/wushu. Chinese kung fu has its origins in the shaolin temple which was established by an ethnically tamil buddhist monk from South india named Bodhidharma. I also like how the art focuses on weapons as well as hand/legs strike movements making it an exceptionally elegant art.

    2) Malla Yuddha/Kusti/Pehlwani

Malla-yuddha (Devanagari: मल्लयुद्ध,Bengali: মল্লযুদ্ধ, Odia: ମଲ୍ଲ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ, Kannada: ಮಲ್ಲಯುದ್ಧ, Telugu: మల్ల యుద్ధం malla-yuddhaṁ, Tamil: மல்யுத்தம் malyutham, Thai: มัลละยุทธ์ mạllayutṭh̒) is the traditional South Asian form of combat-wrestling created in what is now India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. It is closely related to Southeast Asian wrestling styles such as naban and is the ancestor of kusti.
South Asian Pehlwani/kusti had its own tradition being a more modern post-mughal style of the ancient wresting methods, and was adapted to great needs in society, with soldiers in armies all striving to be great pehlwans or wrestlers. Furthermore, this style has an annual competition in my ancestral hometown, which has been continuously been held since 1900s as a solidarity against British rule.

    3) Wing Chun

well one of the more, popular nowadays after the IP man series

Having rebuffed the local warlord's marriage offer, Yim Wing-Chun said she'd reconsider the proposal if he could beat her in a fight. She soon crossed paths with a Buddhist nun named Ng Mui, who was one of the Shaolin Sect survivors, and asked the nun to teach her to fight. According to legend, Ng Mui taught Yim Wing-Chun a new system of martial art that had been inspired by the nun's observations of a confrontation between a Snake and a Crane. This then-still nameless style enabled Yim Wing-Chun to beat the warlord in a one-on-one fight. Yim Wing-Chun thereafter married Leung Bok-Chau and taught him the style, which was later named after her.
Since, then the style has been practiced by many renowned martial artists from Ip Man to Bruce Lee.

I used to do kung-fu. Somebody mentioned fencing which I've also done but, unfortunately, I cannot carry a sword around with me!

    I'd like to try kendo.

Kali... because it was the martial art used for the famous Bourne movies starring Matt Damon.

    1) Very unusual to emphasize hooks with jab hand

    2) it is Southpaw stance that he's using

    3) he hooks the stomach first then head ( which actually makes sense posture wise after throwing jabs with the dominant hand followed by other hand cross)

    4) throwing hooks with the jabbing right hand Southpaw against an Orthodox opponent means hitting their backs

    I respect him though
