I think it deserves a separate mention. Different couples might have different end goals but everyone needs trust.

Looks or wealth. Mainly wealth. If you didn't marry your high school sweetheart and are a guy looking for love after his mid 20's, the only thing a girl really cares about is your financial status. It doesn't even matter if your not so good looking, age, or are a bit overweight, women nowadays here in the U.S. will fall in love with you if they see your financial status is good. I'm sure it's not so different in other countries.

I think that's more a criteria of selection and "interest" like personnality, not love, because a man after 25-30 years old without a job sounds almost creepy. I mean you can wonder why no job yet, does he have health or mental problems, is he marginal... ? etc. Women are looking for stable men mainly after 25 years old because if they want to have a family that's important criteria. But if you just fall in love with someone which you don't even know nothing about the life, that's probably true sincere love. You're not influenced by anything of that criterias. If you think you just fell in love because you find the person just "pretty" that's neither love but physical attraction.
