Quite positive, people are very friendly. The level of education given at the University was fairly good as well. The bad things that happened are overshadowed by the good ones. I visited the most typical cities and places, Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia, Warsaw, Krakow, Poznan, Wroclaw, Torun, Lodz, Suwalki, Oświęcim...

We had a bar under the dormitory and alcoholic beverages were quite cheap to be honest. We would throw a party nearly every weekend but I never got drunk into blackout.
