Why do Europeans still feel the need to use violence against other populations in the world?

I'm not sure why, but probably because these other populations still exist.

Well i think Europeans brought along agriculture and farming as well as modern medicine that has ensured the modern day african lives and thrives... Despite the chaotic and failed state it has existed in for thousands of years...i think without outside (european) help that there would be a LOT LESS Africans, as starvation and sickness would kill off the majority.
