A great YouTube channel to watch full matches if you can't get them live: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJN...ISmaLwKypZ9D0g

I am going to the Ospreys v Scarlets derby in two days time. It should be amazing, as both teams have been doing well lately - they have each won 7 out of 10 matches in the Pro12, while in Europe the Scarlets beat Toulon last Sunday (I attended that too) and Ospreys have been massacring everyone in the second-tier Challenge Cup.

I enjoy 7 rugby in olympics games and I planify to follow the tournaments during the years. But for the moment I literrally miss all of them.

If somebody has take a look on it, were they as good?

I occasionally watch the World Sevens Series on TV. It is entertaining enough for sure, but I still think the Olympic ones were a bit better.

The Ospreys-Scarlets match was entertaining enough, but far from being the best of matches. Both sides could have done better. Also, the hospitality at the Liberty Stadium was a bit lacklustre and the match seats were too high up.

Italy has announced their squad for the Six Nations tournament. Basically the same team from the autumn internationals.

Also a neat report on the build-up to Italy's historic win over South Africa in November (with English subtitles):

Some of the new selections are good, though James Davies and Will Boyde have been doing well for the Scarlets and should be included among the forwards, and likewise Sam Parry with the Ospreys. And what do Jamie Roberts and Alex Cuthbert have to do to not be included - cut their arms off during training? I'd like to see Ashley Beck in centre and Tom James and Dafydd Howells on the wing.
