If the first-degree sentence gets confirmed, this will officially position Croatia as an agressor on Bosnia and will post-mortem sentence Tuđman and Šušak. Funny how we failed to prove aggression by Serbia, yet aggression by Croatia was proven almost without trying much.

He is a B&H Croat and was an officer in HVO. He was not an officer of Croatian (from Croatia) army.

Yes, but I'm not just talking about Pušić, Prlić and the others.

If you read the first-degree sentence, it states that Franjo Tuđman, Gojko Šušak and Janko Bobetko are declared guilty post-mortem for sending weapons, support and even manpower to HVO (there were several HV brigades from Dalmatia in Mostar and Central Bosnia).

That's not me making up anything, the Hague said that. If the same sentence gets second-degree confirmation, that means your President was declared guilty by the Hague (although post-mortem).

Ok. I think agression (in this case that of Croatia) is a different thing, the same way there is a difference between genocide and ethnic cleansing in the eyes of the law.

If we're honest, Milosevic was way smarter in his involvement than Tudman. Slobo had a plan, or at least people gave him a plan while Franjo went in blindly like an idiot which has had catastrophic conscequences for Croats in Bosnia.

I was reading an article about Croats from Prijedor today, and it came to mind that not only did Franjo ruin his own Croats by collaboration with Serbs, but he also ruined Bosniak plans. I didn't even know that 100000 Croats (15% of 1991 census Croats) were living in Krajina (Banja Luka region) and 200000 (nearly 30% of 1991 census Croats) were living in Posavina. Keeping Catholics alive in these 2 regions would have made Chetnik plans for a pure RS impossible, so it would've been good for Bosniaks. Today, there are 10000 Catholics in Krajina and 50000 in Posavina.

Croat nationalists are still occulting that, you see Covic ignoring all the Croat victims around Bosnia, all he cares about is the Croats who died around Mostar specifically killed by Bosniaks even though Serbs slaughtered almost all Croats everywhere else in Bosnia. It's quite sad for the Croats because if we think about it they are the ones who lost the most in Bosnia.
