Georgia is integrating with Europe last time I hear Georgian citizens dont need visa anymore to travel to European union countries. Georgians will play this card to attract Abkhazs back to their country İ guess but Russia now put foot and not easy to deal with it.

So this "user_" is exposing russian aggression, voting for euro intergration and wants to get rid of any russian influence in Georgia.
Yet.
There is thread in russian in russian section where russian people and those who has very strong affinity towards Russia asked to vote. And of course this "user_" did not lose his opportunity to show his true colors.




Why all those runaways from russian influence usually spending a lot time discussing russian matters? Is it Off-Russian Dillemma?

I like Georgia a lot as a country but I support Abkhazia's independence because I feel every ethnicity deserves their own country to protect their own identity, culture, and language.

I think Georgians protect their culture better than them lol.

Abkhazia had an history of self determination. Abkhaze show that they clearly want to be independant. I don't see any reasons to deny them this right.
The fact that many georgians settle there isn't a reason.

This was my view over a year ago. Now I feel like Abkhazia shouldn't have separated. From what I know, Georgia had that land first and the Abkhaz (Apsua) are a Circassian/Adyghe subgroup. Though I'm still not 100% sure on this topic. It's not a topic I am as informed on as I should be.

Their language is related to Circassian but they're genetically more close to Georgians as studies show. p.s. Most of Abkhazians have Georgian last names

Gigig, abhazian separatism is totally georgian thing, whereas georgia's existence is totally russian legacy - some centuries ago georgia has asked russian empire for join in for don't be conquered by turkey.

Main reason why Abkhazia has no right to separate is that there was ethnic cleansing in 90's. Before cleansing 60% of republic's population were georgians, now less than 20%, and this is what official sources give, in reality less than 5%.

We will give to Abkhazia independence if they vote in referendum, but before all georgians should go back to their homes.
