I think he means typical albanian mtdna. The only way to find out if your mtdna is typical of a certain ethnicity is to do the "full sequence" coding regions test at ftdna. My closest matches are Poles, west slavs so what's obvious is obvious. HVR1 and 2 tests would be a waste of money @trojet and Dema
