Cool. It's just two letters, which determines if CTS5856 is positive or negative. (CTS5856 is the next downstream SNP below V13 that about 99% of V13's are also positive for).
If you're negative, like I suspect, Europa Nazione is right that you may be related to Vasojeviç E-V13, since one of them is tested as V13+ CTS5856-

You probably took the original Geno 2.0
About a year ago NatGeo came up with a newer 'updated' version and named it Geno 2+ Next Gen, which is what Mortimer has taken, hence the different regional autosomal components.
