Cool. It's just two letters, which determines if CTS5856 is positive or negative. (CTS5856 is the next downstream SNP below V13 that about 99% of V13's are also positive for).
If you're negative, like I suspect, Europa Nazione is right that you may be related to Vasojeviç E-V13, since one of them is tested as V13+ CTS5856-

You should login to your FTDNA account. Under Genographic Transfer, click Download Y-SNPs as CSV. Open the file and search for CTS5856 and let me know what the result for it is (the two letters).

interesting thing is my reference populations are iberian and tuscan, but i looked at all the reference populations and they had greek, bulgarian and romanian from balkans, someone would expect i would be closer to greek or bulgarian or romanian instead of spain and italy what do you think

NatGeo uses FTDNA's labarotary to test their clients DNA. These two companies are partners. So it's normal to get exact same results from the both companies. It's actually waste of money.
