Do you have Horror/Paranormal Stories?
Yes, long ago. I suddenly felt extreme unrest while sleeping and it became very cold in the room even though all the windows were closed. I woke up and saw something scary and dark standing at the opposite end of the room. It was a silhouette, I couldn't see its face. I closed my eyes, opened my mouth to scream but I couldn't make a sound - no voice. I opened my eyes again, that thing was coming closer. I closed my eyes. After some seconds, I finally managed to scream. It was gone and the temperature got back to normal.
Edit:
I thought that the poll was about "Do you have Horror/Paranormal Stories?"
I voted "Yes" because I had such a story.
But if the question is if I believe in Paranormal - not really, I'm sceptical.
It never happened to me again after that.

I had my first sleep paralysis a few months ago, where i woke up in my room, everything was exactly the same exept that the balcony door was slightly open.I changed side (in the dream?) and i saw my sister lying there staring deep into my eyes, but i knew it wasn't her. Then that thing shapeshifted into other people i knew and it was threatening me with death. Then it took its final form,it looked like black ether, started pulling me from the legs and then i realized i was paralyzed, because i was screaming "help" into the dream and i couldnt hear my voice then i was opening my eyes and it wasnt there and then closing them fast and i was seeing it attacking me.Horrendous experience.
Thankfully i didnt another similar experience.

I had sleep paralysis a few times, but only once it involved that ghost-like experience.
In other instances, you wake up but you can't move or say anything. It is weird, but not scary.
I think I had that experience ca. 1 year (maybe more) after my class found a hanged corpse during a forest trip.
It was in middle school.

That is probably moment when you woke up for real.
Besides an experience I told already, once I saw something similar as in your experience, like black cloud that goes around me and I couldn't breathing well. I couldn't move but I started to blow away my breath and it helped to move away "the cloud", then I woke up.
When I would woke up from such "dreams" everything that I see in front of my eyes would be "broken" like a glass, in many pieces, then I would woke up for real.
Actually I find it pretty interesting sometimes to think of those details but I don't feel fine to think about it too much. Thanks God it doesn't happen often. Last time maybe a year ago.

It wasn't a cloud and wasn't around me.
It looked like a person and was standing at the opposite corner of the room. It was too long after the forest trip to explain it as caused by trauma, but not long enough to rule out that there was a link (e.g. ghost of that hanging man who committed suicide a year before that; if you believe in such stories).
